We run a quiet house appealing to couples and families only and do not accept D.S.S. or all male/female groups. We are a non-smoking guest establishment, proud to have been awarded the Gold Non Smoking Lincs Award, and therefore request that any smokers 'light up' outside only.

The Baker family also own the Beresford Family Suite, Skegness another quality family bed and breakfast suite. The Beresford sleeps up to five people and assures your group a high standard of accommodation in Skegness.
Skegness is the resort where you can enjoy a great day out on the award winning golden beach, as well as visiting a fantastic selection of attractions suitable for the whole family.

The children laugh and the sun shines and everyone has a great time including mum, dad, nan, grandad and the kids. Have fun on the fantastic choice of rides at the fun fair; ball pools, adventure theme centres, giant slides and amusements, many with all-weather facilities, including Butlins and Fantasy Island.

Skegness also has a great variety of leisure and sports activities ranging from crown bowls to tenpin bowling as well as swimming indoors and out in the newly refurbished Compass Gardens Complex. Boating, golfing, stock car racing, cycling and rambling as well as all the facilities at the sports centre.
